How to show composite attribute type in UML class diagram?

Good evening! I'm asking for help in resolving the issue.
I am doing a diploma on the 1c enterprise platform, filed the configuration, now I am making a class diagram based on it.
And then the question arose, how to show on the class diagram that an attribute can have several data types ?
Those. if in the terminology of 1c to tell, then there is a directory, and in it the props by data type are links to 3 other directories.

When talking to the teacher, she said "use a generalization relationship and make 1 parent class from which 3 others will inherit, and then set this parent class as an attribute type, in the place where you need a composed type" (implementation picture below). If this option is correct, how then is it better to argue this implementation before the defense commission?
