Why does Frontol not overwrite files on FTP?

1C Accounting and Frontol 6 and FTP on IIS.
The exchange in the Frontol 6 format is configured.
I'm trying to upload data for shifts by date.
When setting up uploads to a local directory, I can upload data one by one, even without uploading to 1C - the upload files are overwritten.
When setting up uploading via FTP, it uploads to an empty standards directory for the first time. The second time - writes that the directory already has data and unloading does not occur.

Because in the local directory, the files are overwritten with each new upload, then 1C is cut off.
Most likely Frontol.

I suspect a problem in the FTP settings.
Can anyone tell me where the problem lies and how to fix it?

Question removed.
Because the FTP protocol does not allow editing and viewing files by itself.
Download, delete - yes. But do not edit or view, for example, look at the download flag on the 1C side.
As a solution: add 1s to delete files upon successful upload.
