How to share a subnet on mikrotik?
Need help in setting the visibility of the subnet from the main network
There is mikrotik with RouterOS, the network (192.168.111.0) is divorced from it in the offices. In one of the cabinets there is a switch to which stationary workers are connected, in the cabinet there is also a wifi router (192.168.112.0, at the input 192.168.111.67) tp-link, to which 2 laptops are connected, a printer is connected to one of them, which needs to be shared .
The fact is that devices on the subnet (192.168.112.0) are not visible from the main network (192.168.111.0). I tried to set up a route (route add -p 192.168.112.0 mask 255.255.255.0 192.168.111.67) but only 192.168.112.1 pinged this way
. for several hours / days, the devices stop seeing the main network.
How to set up routes correctly?

Why should they be visible? The tp-link most likely has NAT enabled, which translates from 192.168.112.0 to 192.168.111.67.
You can decide as follows, tp-link must stop NAT'it 112 subnet. On standard firmware, this is most likely impossible to do, but on wrt it's easy. And there you collect all its interfaces into a bridge, turn off dhcp, add routes on both routers.
