Why can't I connect a hard drive through a router with a usb port to smart tv?
Good evening!
I wanted to optimize the process of watching movies on the new LG 55LB675V TV. The idea is this: the hard drive is always connected to the router, I transfer movies from the laptop to the network drive and watch them from the TV. To begin with, I connected an external hard drive to the Zyxel Keenetic II router, then checked its presence in the router's Internet center and connected the network drive on the laptop. The problem is that the TV itself does not see this disk. Through the SmartShare service, only my laptop connected to this wi-fi network is displayed.
