Ping jumps to the router via wi-fi?

There is a TP Link Archer C5 router. When connected to it from a laptop via Wi-Fi, there is a jump in ping up to 2000-4000ms every few packets. Other devices work fine with this router. At the same time, my laptop works fine with other routers. That is, the problem is observed only between one router and one laptop.
It is not possible to connect to the router with a cable (there is no connector).
Drivers for laptop and router are up to date. The problem is on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Changing the Wi-Fi mode, channel, channel width does not help.

Is Bluetooth enabled on the laptop? If so, try turning it off, on some laptop wifi adapters it tends to interfere with good wifi performance.
