How to connect from iPhone 5S via Wi-Fi to a PC on Windows, which is also on the local network?

There is a moonlight-stream.com
service. With it, you can stream games from PC to iPhone and other devices, in my case iPhone 5S
The service is in beta, I was signed up for it, via TestFlight.
In fact, the program gives the same functionality that Nvidia gives its Shield owners.
It's just that this program makes it possible to stream GeForce Expirience games not only on the Shield, but also on other devices.
You need to be connected to a PC to stream. It doesn’t work for me ... When I connect, it asks for iP.
I enter it, and writes that it’s wrong which Ip I just didn’t try to enter:
192.168.1.1
192.168.1.70 - iP of the Computer connected to Wi-Fi via wire
127.0.0.1
External dynamic IP, which gives the provider Beeline Moscow.
Not a damn thing! Infuriates. Help!
Perhaps legs grow in a Wi-Fi router.
I have a WiFi Asus RT-N65U with an alternative firmware from Pavadan of the latest version.
HELP! Screenshots, videos can do a lot for you to help!

@Hanatos

In some routers, by default, the mode is enabled in which neighbors at 1 point will not see each other (AP mode is usually called)
127.0.0.1 - this is only for itself
192.168.1.1 - this is most likely a router
192.168.1.70 - probably the correct one
At the time of the test it is better to disable the firewall and everything like it (including the antivirus).
