How to share a new connected laptop?

There is a shared access among three laptops via wifi. They see each other. But I want to add one more laptop to them. The problem is that he can't see the other three.

There is little information.
Check that all 4 of them are in a work or home wifi network, and not in a public one for a start)

Mutual visibility of computers in a Windows network is a consequence of the successful election of a common network coordinator. In your case, most likely there are two coordinators - one among the three old laptops, and one more - on the new, fourth laptop. The most probable reason is the blocking of network traffic on the fourth. What caused it - smoke yourself. Usually these are antiviruses.
I will also add that in a network with a domain, the domain controller always wins in elections. Often its mere presence helps to get rid of all network visibility problems.
