How to raise your compression proxy server?

There are several windows / ubuntu servers, I would like to raise my analogue of Opera Turbo on something (preferably Ubuntu). I would like to cut pictures and cut out ads, compress text.
The goal is to reduce traffic from devices without exposing them (traffic) to third parties.
I would be very grateful for any hint.
PS: There is a working 3proxy, maybe there are some add-ons for it?
Solution: Set Ziproxy to hard cut images (bw + 20% quality) + privoxy chain with ADblock filters

ziproxy.sourceforge.net
There are other solutions for squid.
I don’t know if ziproxy can cut ads, you may have to make a cascade of several servers for different purposes.

You raise squid with caching and look towards white and black lists on it. If you have experience with linux, then raise your own dns server with zero zones, which will be a more correct solution ( smartdns )

The easiest way is to make a SOCKS proxy with ssh compression.
ssh -C -D 5050 server.address
and there squid with scripts like www.ex-parrot.com/pete/upside-down-ternet.html to compress-resize images.
