How to remotely see NoMachine session screen?

There is NoMachine and 100 users who connect to this server. This one hundred motley users generate problems every day from scratch. It is often very far to go and all problems are repaired very simply. Is there any possibility in this server to fumble the session desktop so that you can connect and at least verbally guide the user, not to mention remote control?
