How to set Windows 8.1 settings to default without leaving the desktop?
Hello. Generally. I moved the theme in windows 8.1 to the simplest one, then the pc itself rebooted, I was prompted to enter a password, I enter, and at the moment when the pc SHOULD throw me to the desktop, it gives a black screen and after a few seconds, returns me to the field where you need to enter a password, and this is repeated all the time. Question: how to fix it?

I observed this when updating wine 8 to wine 8.1, I don’t know how to treat it, I suspect that you also got a jamb after the update, because. changing the theme usually does not require a reboot.
I can guess that the topic is crooked. Windows, starting from the 8th digit, can log out of the user if she suddenly doesn’t like something and she decides to fix it. I found out empirically - on 8k (when I changed the username and folder from Cyrillic to Latin (C:\users\*here*)) and on 10k (closed processes, accidentally closed the desired system one - a window like "Here a couple of functions failed. I I'll log out, and you log in again - I'll fix everything."
Regarding the question: try to enter safe mode and change the subject from there. Here about all the methods, I recommend F8. Further, if it doesn't work out, a flash drive / disk.
