How to turn on the PC when power is applied?

There is such a PC:
shop.lenovo.com/ru/ru/desktops/ideacentre/stick-300
It does not have a built-in Ethernet adapter, there are no options in the BIOS that turn on the device when the power is restored or Wake On Lan.
Is there any way to make it automatically turn on when power is restored? Including hardware?

one electrolyte 10 microfarads per 10-16 volts instead of the power button and that's it, when the power is supplied, it will turn on itself, do not confuse the current polarity.

you need a single-vibrator closing POWER when 5 volts appear on the duty room, business for 3 transistors maximum.

For an ordinary computer, I did - 2 transistors, 2 resistors and an electrolyte simulated electrically pressing a button.
Here you can’t fit inside with a soldering iron, you need to simulate the mechanical pressing of a button.
12V power supply, a drive for a car central lock (available at any car market), a circuit board - and go!
