Dns never set up and I don't know what to build on. Now there are two machines under Windows 12, on which the dns server role is configured. I so understand that between them it is desirable to adjust replication and there to bring manually the domain-Ip?

Bad idea.
It is better to take 2 machines in different networks on the same amazone or yandex.
Raise a bind on them. And actually that's all. The load there is ridiculous, so you can even fit into the free limit.
Inside the network, set up windows-based dns, possibly using the split dns technique. Well, or just put slave zones
