How to detach domains from hosting programmatically?

Hello!
How can I automatically attach 100+ domain names to the hosting (already sent to this hosting by me) and, after working through, delete them, including folders.
I don’t want to use a dedicated server, I’m afraid of confusion, because I haven’t worked with it before.
Maybe some hosting provides api to perform these actions?
