What are the main characters used in URLs?

I am making my own simple keyboard in which there should be all the necessary characters for most cases in life, without problems ..
Complex possibilities such as transferring data in the address using the GET method are not needed.
In addition to alphanumeric characters, these 20 are also recommended:
/ : @ - . _ ~ % ! ? $ & ' ( ) * + , ; =
But there are only 15 free buttons - which ones can be discarded as very rarely used?

And you open RFC3986 and look at the ABNF URI scheme. For a complete implementation, almost the entire ASCII-128 table is used there. But perhaps you don't need the full implementation.
