How to set up viewing IPTV Rostelecom on a computer?

There was a desire to watch TV shows from a laptop while the TV is busy. after reading an article on Habré, where they offer to solve the problem using a switch and additional wires, I realized that this method is not suitable.
The thought does not leave me that there is another, more concise way to make it work.
Router DSL-2640U. The set-top box is connected by a bridge to the provider through a router. on the remaining PPPoE ports and via Wi-Fi, respectively.
Is there a way to configure the router in such a way that I can connect to a multicast stream from my home network?

At a minimum, it is necessary that there be a multicast on the PC (not on all routers you can make an Internet and a cartoon at the same time). It is also worth digging towards the split screen function, which works in samrt tv and the android application.

On your router, you can only do as described in that article. If you want Internet and IPTV at the same time, buy another router, flash it with alternative firmware, set up UDP-proxy on it (it will convert multicast to unicast) and use the Internet and IPTV at the same time (you know where to get playlists :-)).

Multicast over Wi-Fi is a bad idea.
