Is there any convenient system for monitoring the appearance of new versions of portable and conventional programs from different developers, except for subscribing to email about software updates?

In the Windows ecosystem, this issue is not fully resolved.
But there is the Windows Store , for example. There is Chocolatey .
And there are third-party applications like Kaspersky Software Updater .
