How to set up scanning on Ricoh SP360?

Any owners of these printers? What a nightmare and not an MFP.
Tolley functionality is cut down, toli firmware curve. Reviewed vidos, re-read manuals - I can not find answers.
1. How to program the buttons to display two options for scanning BW and Color on different touch buttons.
2. No continuous scanning from glass. Either I can't find it, although there should be such a function.
