How to set up RRas over PPPoE in windows server 2012?

I am setting up RRas as in a 2008 server, in the network information I write - “PPPoE - Internet”, “RAS-dial in - without network access”.
There are 2 ethernet outputs on the board. One of them receives a patch cord directly from the provider.
If you manually create a connection (not through rras), then there is Internet. The system was delivered "clean", not upgraded.
It is required to properly configure RRAS, Nat, and release the hyper-v server to the Internet.
Tell me how to set it up correctly, because. I have been picking the server for 2012 for a month already, I have already read all the manuals that I could. It gives the impression of buggy and dampness of the system or incompatibility of my logic and the logic of ms.
Maybe I'm missing something somewhere, some kind of checkmark or some little thing, so I'll be grateful to those who have already set it up, if you write point by point what and where.

@All3

Here's the answer:
First of all, as a 2012 server was installed, you need to install hyper-v and configure a virtual switch, and only then raise the routing and remote access service and RRAS. Otherwise, the server is configured with errors.
After routing rises, we configure Nat.
Now the next question from the cycle about windows server 2012: How to forward the port range in windows server 2012?
