How to set up real-time synchronization from an FTP site to cloud storage?

Good afternoon.

As you want ideally: I make some edits in the CMS (specifically, I'm in Wordpress), maybe I edit the template, maybe I install the plugin, and some magic thing monitors file changes via FTP and uploads them to my Google Drive.

Now, I installed, for example, some plugin, and I don’t even know what files it affected, so I download the ENTIRE site manually every time, which is very tiring.

If there is a solution to the problem in some other way, I will be grateful for advice :)

PS Maybe there are paid / free IDEs that monitor file changes on the server, it will also work :)

PPSI'm not talking about site backups, I do backups, but they are done every 6 hours, and I can install the plugin right now and right now I need to make edits, but it's not possible to install the plugin from the IDE itself :)

So far I have found an intermediate option in the form of FTPBox , it monitors every 10 seconds and downloads updated files. It’s difficult, of course, but if you pause for a minute or two after the changes, then it’s not so bad, the main thing is that he doesn’t download the entire site again.
