There is a folder for example with pictures. How to copy exactly the folder with pictures in php , and not the pictures individually? TO FTP Server

No way.
Create the same folder on FTP and upload files to it.
If you open the FTP client log, you will probably be surprised, because FTP also does not copy the folder, but creates a new one with the same name.
