I merge all the files from .ru to me I
upload it right there to .com I
open the site .com - abracadabra instead of Russian text ....
I slide ...
Why is that? What's wrong?

I understand that this is not an answer, but try winscp.net/eng/docs/lang:ru filezills
are more convenient for me. During installation, it will pick up the address book from filezill

But not so, because this is the Russian language in the file names.
