How to set up prioritization of SIP calls in Mikrotik?

Good time!
Please help with setting up Mikrotik and SIP telephony.
How to properly configure this device to prioritize SIP calls.
I beg you to poke your nose where to dig and how to set it up, since I have been working with Mikrotik for no more than a month.
SIP access point address 37.18.2.14
Local network 192.168.88.0/24
There are 50 computers on which the SIP client for calls is installed, the connection is periodically interrupted during the call.

there are several options:
If there are many networks and clients change IP addresses and connection addresses, then through marking voip traffic (marking on a soft background - and already in Mikrotik you make priority for marked traffic)
If everything is the same, everyone connects to one external server - then through a simple queue - udp ports 5060 and 10000-20000 as a priority (usually these ports for asterisk)
