Hello, in all IP telephony vacancies there is a requirement "confident (excellent) knowledge of SIP protocols, H.323"
What is meant by excellent knowledge?

Read the entire RFC with regards to SIP, this is the minimum for at least an achievement: "Beginning of SIP".
