How to set up PlayOnLinux?

I need to install the Compass 3D application, but for some reason, my windows do not open completely in PlayOnLinux.
What to do? Maybe you know other ways to run this program? Wine tried, for some reason winecfg does not start for me.

Did you install wine yourself?
PlayOnLinux is a wine add-on and if you installed it with jambs, then PlayOnLinux will not work as it should.
