How to fix a laptop in manjaro?

I (like a moron) deleted the breeze-icon program, after that my parameters stopped running, I decided to restart the laptop and now this

How to fix it? (If you enter the password in the input field and press enter, then nothing will happen)

Removed the "kdeglobals" file in config and now it at least boots into the system, but the black screen instead of the desktop
I think this can be called a solution

go to the text console ( CTRL + ALT + F2 ), and restore what you demolished there from the console.
