How to set up native SMS reception in windows 10?

Cheer everyone. I am a happy owner of a lenovo x220
inside there is a built-in minipci 3g Ericsson F5521gw modem.
Accordingly, there is a native Lenovo Access Connections software, which, among other things, can work with SMS, but in reality it is very slow and unstable.
Several times SMS came directly through Windows messages.
Is it possible to somehow configure the processing directly by the system, bypassing non-kosher software?
