How to receive SMS from another number without forwarding?

Hello, there is a Beeline number (Kazakhstan). Now I live abroad, I use a local SIM card. I have one phone, only one SIM card is supported, but sometimes I need to receive SMS from payment systems to the same Beeline number, and I have to constantly rearrange the SIM card. Is there any way to receive SMS from that number without additional devices and too high expenses (that is, forwarding with operator charging is not an option, because SMS will go abroad and if someone decides to spam me, they will quickly lose my balance). Maybe some service from SIP providers?
PS The most conditionally simple way is to buy another smartphone, but the bottom line is that I most likely will not use it. For me, this is overkill.
