How to receive and process SMS?

Good evening!
Tell me, what service for receiving and processing SMS can you recommend? There are a lot of them on the Internet, I do not know what to choose.
You need to receive sms, and then, through a POST or GET request, pull my server, passing the text from the sms. The number for receiving sms is not important to me, it's all just for myself. I often go to places where there is no Internet, and it is necessary to send short letters of application for work to the e-mail of a colleague.
That is, the scheme is like this. I write an SMS, send it to some number, where the service receives it, reads it and sends it via POST (GET) to my server. And there my server itself draws up everything as it should, creates an email and sends it to the address of a colleague.
The main thing is that it is either free or very cheap.

there is almost no free one left and the only plus there is free)) delivery time can be an hour or two to ten! captcha. etc.
I use smsc.ru - there are ready-made libraries, prices are average, delivery is 100% stable.
I’ll immediately describe the nuance if you decide to make the opposite option: fill out the form - receive SMS, this nuance for all such services is protection from unfortunates who intentionally spam forms, so you can fly into the red because of one would-be hacker, the office has such protection. well, do not forget about those who like to write long sheets, write in front of the form that no more than 10 words are accepted, it disciplines well, otherwise you will spend 2-3-4 sms on one request from the client !! well, I decided it like this - a warning and trimming in the script to the length of the sms, i.e. ALWAYS 1 application = 1SMS!
at prices, collect the analytics yourself, I'm not going to look for you, it's stupid 1-2 days, a fat piece)))

The cheapest and free is an ordinary SIM card, you stick a phone into an unnecessary android phone, write a program and do everything

The easiest solution is to connect to SmsGateWay24.com. You can receive incoming SMS through the API. And there is also a Webhook to your service. outgoing sms by itself through the apishka can also be created. I use it myself - the flight is normal.
