What are the resources for promoting mobile games in the Android market and IOS market?

I'm a beginner indie, and I don't know how to do marketing for games, where to start, how to finish, so I ask you, kind people, to give me information, Resources (links to YouTube, groups in social networks, PR companies) to promote mobile games in Android market and IOS market.
PS: I have already read Galenkin's book, so I want specific links where to throw off the game for PR, thanks for understanding.

Is the game ready? Show something (you can in a personal, if you are shy), write about it on Habr. And there may be a publisher.
For good, the mobile game is progressing like this:
1) A banner roll with a traffic runner is being built in.
2) It is built in to the maximum of buns from Google (the chance of featuring is higher).
3) The game is abundantly watered with traffic.
4) Write about the game wherever you can.
And no one will reveal the secrets of good marketing to you ;-)
