How to set up LDAPS on Linux?

Actually I can not find a clear instruction. Please do not kick - I'm just learning =)
There is a domain on Windows, 2 CA certificates and LDAPoverSSL.pfx (LDAPS) are generated on it.
The php LDAP library works and reads users from AD. To add users, you actually need LDAPS, and here's a plug - there are certificates, then what?) How and where to install them on Linux? What configs to edit?
