How to move /home to Ubuntu system partition?

When installing Ubuntu, I made a separate partition for the /home folder. But then it turned out that the second partition is needed for sharing with Windows, and now I need to move the home folder to the Linux system partition.
How to make it as easy as possible? So far I have found only three-sheet instructions on the Internet - for me, who is not yet well versed in Linux, it is generally difficult to understand something in them. Although, in fact, you just need to create a folder on the system partition, copy files to it and change the pointer from the second partition to the folder of the first.

1 - boot from live
2 - copy the home partition to the /home folder with rights (mc and grsync can be installed in live with apt-get as in a normal system, though only for one session)
3 - the line for home in fstab kamentim or delete
... reboot & enjoy

Show the output of df -h, if you have LVM there, then everything can be done in 3 commands
