Is it possible to do without BASH for Linux administration?

Glanders!
I'm learning Linux, the question is - can I do without bash and replace it with something more modern (Python3, Golang) for full-fledged work (as a programmer, system administrator)?

It's just that it's archaic and "Algol-like" a la "60s", and a bunch of things that you just need to remember, pisses you off.

Thanks for answers!

a minimum of knowledge was still needed. at least in order to install the same golenge or run a python script.
and scripts/utilities can be written on anything.

Pfff .... Of course you can. Install Windows and that's it. Why do you need Linux and this "bunch of things" if you want "kawaii" and don't want to learn?!
And if, in essence, you asked a question in the style: "I periodically want to eat, can I do without putting food in my mouth? It just pisses me off archaism - it takes a lot of time, then I have to brush my teeth."

shell is a classic tool used to work in linux.
In principle, you can minimize the work in it, for example, using the interactive yast utility that comes with OpenSUSE.
It has a very generous set of features, and it works not only in the graphical shell.
But Linux is attractive in that it allows you to do a lot using the command interpreter, and not "poke" the mouse on the screen.

You are confusing programming language and command line interface.
bash is, of course, a full-fledged programming language, but first of all, it is Linux control from the command line.
In addition, in vain you are talking about Algol. bash is not archaic, but rather convenient.
