How to set up L2TP VPN in Mikrotik?
There is Mikrotik. The enterprise network looks like 192.168.0.0/24.
I raise an L2TP tunnel (I connect via VPN) from home to the enterprise network. The VPN mesh looks like 10.10.10.0/24.
After connecting from home via VPN, some problems appeared:
1. For some reason, all traffic goes through VPN.
2. When I uncheck "Use a remote network gateway" in the VPN connection properties, I stop seeing the company's machines.

In short, uncheck the box, create a static route to the enterprise network, where you create a gateway = tunnel.
It is not very clear what does Mikrotik have to do with it if you are raising L2TP from Windows.
If you want L2TP from Mikrotik, then set it up on Mikrotik, what does Windows have to do with it?
So make one subnet everywhere, turn on Proxy-ARP. There are videos on YouTube showing how to do it.
