Connected to it: TV, PC, and a hub for connecting other devices.
Need to watch IPTV on PC
Uploaded: IP-TV Player, VLC media player
Playlists do not work.
how to watch? what to set up?

what playlists? where did you take? How can you be sure they are alive?
and of course, if you have a provider playlist, is it multicast or unicast? udp://@239.77.0.93:1234 or 95.188.55.115:5000/udp/@239.77.0.93:1234
