The computer stopped displaying the picture after changing the settings in the BIOS, what should I do?

motherboard: asus p8p67
processor intel core i7 - 2700

in the bios there were factory settings after the hard drive was turned off in it, the next reboot it stopped showing the picture. the video card was changed to a known working one, the RAM was checked and working, the speaker does not beep, that is, the coolers are spinning, but there is no sound. if you pull out the RAM - it beeps that it is not there.

If real-time, then absolutely impossible. HTML5 does not support live video streams. Here you can either sculpt a hunchback in (mjpeg), or even more humpback through web sockets (the same mjpeg, but also with encoding-decoding of each frame in base64). I have tried both ways. The second one is slower, so I usually use the first one: https://github.com/eddyem/rasp-spect
Alas, while html is very dull with streaming video.

Is it possible to start streaming video using the video tag in Html5?
