How to set up Bitrix24 for affiliate sales?

One of the directions of sales is partnership. This means there is a type of client "Partner", and I get a commission if, on my recommendation, "Client", bought from a partner.
How to set up CRM in Bitrix24 optimally, according to the existing scheme?
I came to the conclusion that I don’t need the “Leads” stage, the deal cycle is too short (so I create a “Deal” right away):
1. A “Client” contacted me for help (I create a deal)
2. I recommend a certain “Partner” to him
3. The client took advantage of the recommendation - the transaction is successful, I get a percentage. Or the client did not take advantage of the deal - the deal failed.
What is the best way to attach a "Partner" to the transaction, so that later on the partner can see the report?
If you add to custom fields in the "Deal" entity, for example, the item "Who did you order from?" and bind the contact, bind the "Partner" in this way, then in the reports there is no connection anywhere that the transaction amount was won thanks to the attached partner ...

As far as I know, Bitrix supports utm-tags, which are entered into crm automatically.
