Pedagogy has become my profession relatively recently. I work with preschoolers and younger schoolchildren - in essence, a tutor with the functions of a tutor.
There are few tools for the job. Excel, PowerPoint and paper. And you have to work with a very complex entity - a developing personality = a multifactorial model of a biological neural network (if you don't mind, this is how I've been thinking about it lately).

Periodic attempts to find software that could put the work on modern IT rails - do not give any results.

Introductory:
• Clients - children.
• They have legal representatives (often parents) who, by the way, pay money…
• Parents don't mind receiving feedback. The better, the better.
• Educational content competes for the child's attention with the aggressive environment of the Internet, cartoons, etc.
• In my work I use interactive whiteboards and interactive, sounding PowerPoint presentations. In essence, mini-games with monstrous limitations of the PP. Nevertheless, they work and are very successful. Places Excel + VBA in those places where the text content. Fortunately, Excel allows you to pronounce the contents of the cells - it has become more fun)

What you need:
• Banal attendance records, broken down into groups.
• Banal accounting of payments + not banal automatic notification of parents and online payment.
• Accounting for the content that was used during the lesson. It is also necessary for me, in order not to keep it in my head, but to fix it without unnecessary gestures + a report for parents (when billing, reasonable communication about the success of the offspring, etc.)
Now it works in Excel - directories of links to the necessary files in conjunction with taking into account attendance + links with Excel taking into account payments. Taking into account the fact that I work more than one task of synchronizing information, it is solved through ...
• Flexible accounting of progress (to describe for a long time).

Ideally:
• One program for everything: work with content, with clients and their parents. The program is not simple, but golden, so that the kids would also be interested. Yes, even with the option of working online - wow!
• Parents' access through a separate application (ideally) or a website to the necessary information about their child (reports, bills, photos, videos from classes + substantive communication with a teacher, psychologist, speech therapist, etc..
• Screwed modules with AI, which can and should relieve some of the duties from the teacher.

You can continue to paint, savoring the details. But for those who can answer me something intelligible, I think it's enough.

Where I looked: Unity, Godot, Bitrix, Moodle, 1C their combinations ... And I understand that I really don’t understand anything about it, and I don’t know where to dig further! And by the way, unfortunately, there is no bag of money for development either)
I am looking for a platform (team, investors) for the possible development of such a product. This is the future...

Try to look towards ready-made cloud solutions of different CRMs for schools.
"My Class", for example. Look at everything you find on Google for the query "CRM for schools".
If you do not have enough functions there, you can write something of your own using low code constructors. It's more expensive, but customizable to your process.
For example, one of my clients has an acting school. We automatically pull all payments from acquiring, automatically link them to the student, product, administrators keep records of visits there.
