How to set up backup of user mail archives?

There is an Exchane 2010 mail server (it is planned to upgrade to 2016 or 2019), there are users with mailbox archives stored locally on the machine. It is necessary to somehow collect all these mail archives (and in the future, some user folders) in one place for further backup. Some archives weigh up to 50 GB.
Perhaps there are ready-made solutions (preferably free) for such tasks.

There are no free backup solutions. Or they require monstrous settings, because they are weak at the knee. Free solutions for eksch cannot be by definition of the fact that eksch is a mail system of a large organization that has money for a license (and it is not cheap + licenses for boxes).
Storing archives on users' machines is a very bad idea, because the user's machine can fail at any time and this should not be an emergency event.
