Error while backing up bitrix?

I uploaded the archive for histing, and launched the restore.php file. There were a couple of errors, there were no pictures, and so everything was unzipped ok, without errors. But when the site starts, it says this

What could be the problem?

It should unzip without error. Look at the errors.
There may be problems with the php.ini settings - as far as I remember, mb_string should be correctly spelled there and something else
