Cobian backup 11 not deleting old copies?

Hello.
Cobian is installed on the server, everything works properly, copies a lot of things with shadow copies, BUT does not delete old copies.
Look, please, maybe you configured something wrong somewhere, but on another similar server everything works. I can't figure out what is the reason.
