0: special rules for fasttrack (transmission of some packets bypassing the CPU)
3: Accepting incoming packets for the router in existing connections
5: fasttrack
6: Accepting transit packets for existing connections
7-8 Blocking invalid (details in the rule itself) and not NATized packets.
