How to broadcast via console software?

For more than 3 days I have been trying to start broadcasting on a remote desktop from selectel.
Downloaded and launched via OBS, the air goes on until I disconnect from the computer, and I need a round-the-clock broadcast. I was told that I need to use the console software, but I can’t find instructions for windows on how to do this and what it is in essence. Downloaded FFmpeg and can't find the instructions I need.

Why use Windows? get a debian server, it's cheaper and full of step by step instructions.
