How can I export and import Local Group Policy?

Good day!
OS Windows 10, on some Windows 7
There is a specific task - to configure the necessary user capabilities. That is, someone is denied access to disks, someone is denied access to inserted flash drives, etc. I more or less figured it out and all this is in the local group policy (which is according to gpedit.msc)
But the following problem arose: how can I export and then import policy data? There are a lot of workstations and doing this with your hands is very tedious and long.
I have tried with

secedit /export /cfg security_settings.inf
secedit /configure /db secpol.sdb /cfg security_settings.inf /overwrite

on your own car.
I exported the security policy in this way before turning on the ban to the system disk and got the configuration file 1.
After that I exported the security policy again with the ban on access to the system disk already disabled and got the second config file 2. After comparing them with each other in diff and found that there was absolutely no difference between them. I did this a couple more times to make sure the result.
What to do, how to be?
