How to unzip *.tar.gz backup archive on Windows 7?

Created backup archive in tar.gz format on Centos 7.3 using Virtualmin. To unzip it on windows and run it on a local server, you need to unzip it correctly.
When using winrar or 7zip, you get a bunch of folders with numbers in the form of names, site files are randomly scattered over these folders, how to fix and overcome this?)
