What are the ways to set up automatic import (once a day, for example) of prices and balances from CSV? The file forms 1C. I know that in the paid version of WP All Import can be configured via cron update, but is there another way? Share your experience, please, who implemented this.

Use the Wordpress REST API. If you are using Woocommerce then Woocommerce REST API. And everything else is a script that runs by cron and does the job.
