WordPress, how to hide user profile information from search engines?

Good afternoon! I can’t understand if the user profile displays information from payment details: full name, phone number, e-mail, is this information available to search engines? Do I need to do something extra to hide this information from any search bots? If yes, then what?
I mean, do I need to do something else besides configuring Robots.txt? Robots.txt won't save you from unscrupulous search bots, right?

Hello!
1) install akismet (spam filter) free package available
2) install https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/cleantalk-spam-pr... or Google Recaptcha
3) install Clearfy and enable security checkboxes. Sometimes they spam not directly, but through xmlrpc...etc. they need to be hidden

Apparently you need to configure Robots.txt
User-agent: * # For all search engines
Disallow: /cgi-bin
Disallow: /?
Disallow: /wp-
Disallow: *?s=
Disallow: *&s=
Disallow: /search/
Disallow: /author/
Disallow: /users/
Disallow: */trackback
Disallow: */feed
Disallow: */rss
Disallow: */ embed
Disallow: /xmlrpc.php (I have this file deleted, I'm touched by attempts to break the site through a file that is not physically there, they hammer it 7 times a day)
Disallow: *utm=
Disallow: *openstat=
Disallow: /tag/ # Close the tags
Disallow: /readme.html # Close the useless WordPress installation manual (located at the root) - it's easier to remove
Disallow: *?replytocom
Allow: */uploads

First, specify whether these are public profiles, or private (you need to log in to view them). If it is private - forget it and sleep well, robots will not register, log in and index the closed parts of the site. And if the profiles are public - then, IMHO, public data should be available for indexing.
