How to set up ASUS+Tomato on 2WAN+2WiFi?

I needed a more powerful Mikrotik for IPSec instead of 2011, a friend suggested 1100. I thought that the option was to put Asus, N10 or N16 from the reserve as a Wi-Fi.

But in the network you need to have two Wi-Fi - the main one with access to the local area and the guest one without it. On a Mikrotik with a built-in module, this is no problem, but with an external Wi-Fi router I still have no idea how.

It turns out that Asus must connect to Mikrotik with two cables, two WiFi rises and each works with its own WAN interface. Is this really on Tomato or without a chance and my choice is 4011?

Why are these van interfaces, if the asus will be in access point mode simply?
You can raise 2 networks on a mikrik, then throw vlan on them. Connect one cable to the asus, and put vlan to the desired wifi interfaces
