Network routing

How to set up routing to another network on Huawei HG659?

There is a Huawei HG659 device. Internal network 192.168.1.0/24.
There is a server (IP address 192.168.1.2) on which two subnets are spinning, one for KVM (192.168.10.0/24), the second for LXC (10.0.3.0/24).
If you add a static route to HG659, then it just doesn't work, nothing happens.
If you manually add routing to a machine on the 192.168.1.0/24 network (route add 192.168.10.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 192.168.1.2), everything works.
How to add a route on the router itself so that each time you do not manually register the route on machines in the 192.168.1.0/24 network?
