Forwarding a network address through mikrotik, how to do it?

Good afternoon, in the office there is a main locale 169.254.0.0/16, it has a gateway to the Internet, through Mikrotik HEX connected the network 192.168.88.0/24, computers in the 192.168.88.x subnet receive the Internet, you need to make the computer 169.254.168.43 available (this is a 1c server) from the main LAN to the 192.168.88.x subnet.
I added the necessary address to Addresses in Mikrotik - a dynamic route was added, pings went, but nothing else, neither RDP, nor just a network environment to this address.
Tell me, in which direction to dig?

@MaLikoV

On the router that drives the network 169.254.0.0/16, a route is registered to 192.168.88.0/24
Run trace from the server side 1c to the client on the network 192.168.88.0/24
If the route and trace output are correct, see the firewall settings
