How to redirect requests to the local server?

Hello!
I am very poorly versed in network technologies, tk. very rarely (from the word never ) did not have to particularly touch them. Please help me with this issue. There is a Microtik router (RB951G-2HND). The cable from the provider is connected to it. The router distributes the Internet via Wi-Fi. There is also one stationary computer that is connected to the router via an Ethernet port. On the router, using WinBox ( with grief in half ), DHCP is configured. Everyone who connects to the router's network receives an IP address 10.10.10.*, if I understand correctly, these are addresses on the local network. The desktop computer has a static IP address of 10.10.10.10.
Question: to do this so that anyone who is connected to the router's network (whether via Wi-Fi or via cable) when visiting the sitedomain.com (for example, through a browser on a phone) would essentially receive a response from a local server (desktop) located at 10.10.10.10, but on a specific port.
For example:

domain1.com ← 10.10.10.10:2020
domain2.com ← 10.10.10.10:2035
domain3.com ← 10.10.10.10:2048
domain4.com ← 10.10.10.10:2056

Earlier, on the Toaster, I asked a similar question , there were similar conditions, but there was a white IP domain was the only one. Now the situation is different, and I still do not understand it well. I hope I was able to convey the essence of the issue. Thanks in advance for any replies and help.

@pavelkarinin

you need a DNS server to map DNS names to IP addresses. about DNS in Mikrotik you have already been answered.
to map DNS names to ports, you need an HTTP reverse proxy on the host pointed to by these DNS records. like nginx.
